Your Order

At FlowerstoDubai.com, we take pride in offering fast, reliable same-day flower delivery in Dubai. Place your order by 5 PM (UAE time) any day of the week to qualify. For any questions, feel free to contact us.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, we’ll send a confirmation email to the address you provided. Didn’t receive it? Please get in touch with us.

Can I Edit My Order?

To request changes, please call us or contact us online. Changes must be made before 2:30 PM UAE time on the day before delivery to avoid extra charges. Last-minute changes may be accepted on the delivery day morning at the discretion of our customer support team and may incur a fee. We cannot change or cancel orders that are already prepared or dispatched. Note: During peak occasions (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, public holidays), we may not allow changes.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across most parts of Dubai. If your area is outside our coverage, we will notify you. Orders placed after 6:00 PM may not qualify for same-day delivery. If your address is not serviceable, our team will contact you to suggest alternatives.

Delivery Confirmation

If you're unsure whether your flowers were delivered, reply to your confirmation email or reach us via the Contact Us page.

Incorrect Address or Contact Number

If you’ve entered the wrong delivery address or phone number, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we can correct it. However, we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details. If the item is returned, redelivery will incur extra charges. If a new item needs to be created, it must be paid for again before dispatch.

What If the Recipient Is Not Available?

We usually call the recipient before dispatching your flowers. If the recipient isn’t available and the delivery location is unsafe, the flowers may be returned. In that case, we’ll contact you. Redelivery will include additional charges, and if the product needs to be remade, it must be paid for again.

Can I Request a Specific Delivery Time?

Yes, but please contact us before placing your order to check availability for your preferred delivery window.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also pay via PayPal. Full payment is required at checkout.

Is Online Payment Safe?

Your payment details are 100% secure. All transactions are processed through trusted third-party platforms such as PayPal and 2Checkout. We do not store or access your card or bank details at any time.

Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel your order? Please contact us at least 24 hours before the delivery date. Cancellations made within this time frame are eligible for a full refund. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched, or in transit cannot be canceled or refunded.

Product Appearance

Our flowers are sourced from over six countries. While we strive to match the product images, seasonal availability may require us to make similar substitutions. The final arrangement may slightly vary in appearance.

Refunds and Satisfaction

If you're not happy with your order, please contact customer service. Refunds are handled case-by-case and at our team’s discretion.
