Ordering
Simply browse our website, add your chosen flowers to the cart, select your delivery date and time at checkout, fill in the recipient details and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation immediately.
Yes! Every order includes a complimentary personalised message card. Simply type your message in the Message on Card field at checkout. Our team will write it by hand on a card and include it with your flowers.
Yes. At checkout you can select your preferred delivery date and choose between a morning slot (9AM to 2PM) or an evening slot (3PM to 9PM). We will do our best to deliver within your chosen window.
Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient details and delivery address at checkout. You can also add a note to our delivery team in the Special Instructions field — for example, asking them not to reveal who sent the flowers.
Delivery
Yes! We offer same-day delivery across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman for all orders placed before 8PM. For Abu Dhabi, same-day delivery is also available before 8PM. RAK, Fujairah and UAQ are next-day delivery.
Delivery charges start from AED 39.99 for Dubai and Sharjah, AED 49.99 for Ajman and AED 99 for Abu Dhabi, RAK, Fujairah and UAQ. The exact charge is calculated based on your delivery address and shown clearly before checkout. Free delivery is available on selected products.
Our driver will call the recipient before arriving. If no one is available, we will try to leave the flowers with a neighbour, building security or reception. Please add any special instructions in the order notes to help us plan the delivery.
Yes, we deliver to hospitals, hotels, offices and residential addresses across the UAE. Please provide the full address including room number, ward, floor or villa number in the delivery notes to help our driver reach the recipient quickly.
Products & Quality
Yes, always. Our flowers are sourced fresh daily from farms in Kenya, Holland, Ecuador, Colombia and Thailand. Every bouquet is hand-arranged on the day of delivery and never left in cold storage. We guarantee farm-fresh quality with every order.
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. The actual bouquet may vary slightly in colour, flower variety and arrangement due to seasonal availability and the handmade nature of our products. We always ensure the overall style and quality matches what is shown.
Trim 1-2cm off the stems at a diagonal angle as soon as they arrive, place them in a clean vase with fresh cool water, remove leaves below the waterline, change the water daily and keep them away from direct sunlight and heat. Mist the petals lightly each day to keep them hydrated.
Payment & Returns
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal and cash on delivery (available in Dubai). All online payments are processed securely via SSL encryption. All prices include 5% UAE VAT.
Orders can be cancelled or modified free of charge if the request is made before the order is dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery it cannot be changed. Please call or WhatsApp us on +971 50 586 1001 as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If there is any issue with your order — quality, wrong product or late delivery due to our error — please contact us within 24 hours with photographs and your order number. We will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
