Exact delivery charges are calculated based on your specific delivery address and displayed clearly at checkout before payment. Free delivery is available on selected products and promotions.
Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 8PM (UAE time) qualify for same-day delivery across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. At checkout you can choose your preferred delivery time slot — morning (9AM to 2PM) or evening (3PM to 9PM). We will do our best to accommodate your preferred window.
Next-Day Delivery
Orders for Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain are delivered the following day. Orders placed after 8PM for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman will also be delivered the next day. You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Delivery Process
- You will receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp immediately after placing your order
- Our delivery driver will call or WhatsApp you before arrival
- If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour, building security or reception
- For deliveries to hospitals, hotels or gated communities please provide full details including room number, ward or villa number in the order notes
Peak Season Deliveries
During peak seasons such as Valentine Day, Mother Day and Eid Al Fitr, delivery slots fill up quickly. We strongly recommend ordering at least 24 to 48 hours in advance during these periods to secure your preferred delivery time.
Delivery Guarantee
We take every care to ensure your flowers arrive on time and in perfect condition. If your order is delayed or there is an issue due to our error, please contact us immediately on +971 50 586 1001 and we will prioritise resolving your situation.
Important Notes
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, especially for perishable items
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout
- Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses
- For surprise deliveries, you can add special instructions in the order notes at checkout
