  • As soon as your flowers arrive, trim 1-2cm off the stems at a diagonal angle
  • Place them in a clean vase filled with fresh, cool water
  • Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline
  • Change the water daily and re-trim the stems every 2 days

  • Refrigerate your cake immediately upon arrival
  • Keep it chilled until you are ready to serve
