By accessing and using FlowersToDubai.com you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal and cash on delivery (Dubai only).

2. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT as required by UAE law. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

3. Delivery

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 8PM (UAE time) across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. Delivery to other emirates is next-day. Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and displayed at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses, recipient unavailability or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Product Accuracy

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual flowers may vary in colour, size and arrangement due to seasonal availability and the handmade nature of our products. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value where necessary without prior notice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Flowers are perishable, handcrafted products. Once an order is placed, our team begins sourcing, cutting and preparing your flowers immediately. For this reason, cancellations are accepted entirely at our discretion and are not guaranteed.

Specifically:

• Cancellation requests must be made as early as possible by calling or WhatsApp messaging +971 50 586 1001
• If flowers have already been sourced, cut, arranged or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel or refund your order
• Orders that have been assigned to a driver or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
• During peak seasons such as Valentine Day, Mother Day and Eid, cancellations may not be possible from the moment of order confirmation due to high demand and advance sourcing
• Where a cancellation is approved before any preparation has begun, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days
• In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to an issue on our side, a full refund will always be issued

By placing an order you acknowledge and accept that the perishable nature of flowers means cancellation may not always be possible once an order has been confirmed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos and design is the intellectual property of FlowersToDubai.com and may not be reproduced, copied or distributed without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

FlowersToDubai.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
