Do you deliver luxury collection the same day in Dubai?
Yes. Order by 10 PM (Dubai time) for same-day delivery in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, or by 6 PM for Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. You pick the delivery date and a time slot at checkout.
How much does delivery cost?
In Dubai delivery is AED 19–59 depending on the order value. For the other emirates the fee depends on the emirate and the order value. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
How much do luxury collection cost?
Prices start from AED 318. Prices are also shown in your own currency – use the currency switcher at the top of the page.
How can I pay from abroad?
With a Visa, Mastercard or other credit/debit card on our secure payment page. Prices are charged in AED and converted by your bank.
Are the flowers fresh?
Every order is arranged on the day of delivery by our own florists in Deira, Dubai – where we have been since 1994.
Can I add a message, cake or chocolates?
Yes. Write your gift message at checkout, and add a cake, chocolates, balloons or a teddy bear from the product page or from the Cake & Flower and Flowers with Chocolate categories.
What if the flowers arrive damaged or late?
Fresh flowers cannot be returned, but if they arrive wilted, damaged, wrong or not at all we refund or replace them – message us on WhatsApp +971 50 586 1001 with a photo.
