Delivery is free once your order reaches the threshold for your emirate: AED 600 in Dubai, AED 700 in Sharjah, AED 800 in Ajman, AED 900 in Umm Al Quwain, AED 1,300 in Ras Al Khaimah, AED 1,400 in Fujairah and AED 1,600 in Abu Dhabi. Below that, the fee depends on your emirate and order value (see the table below) and is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Same-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 10PM (UAE time) qualify for same-day delivery across Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and orders placed before 6PM (UAE time) for Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. At checkout you can choose your preferred delivery time slot — 9AM–1PM, 12PM–5PM, 3PM–7PM, 4PM–8PM, 6PM–10PM or 8PM–12AM. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred window.
Next-Day Delivery
Orders placed after the cut-off — 10PM for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, or 6PM for Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — are delivered the next day. You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Delivery Process
- You will receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp immediately after placing your order
- Our delivery driver will call or WhatsApp you before arrival
- If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour, building security or reception
- For deliveries to hospitals, hotels or gated communities please provide full details including room number, ward or villa number in the order notes
Peak Season Deliveries
During peak seasons such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Eid Al Fitr, delivery slots fill up quickly. We strongly recommend ordering at least 24 to 48 hours in advance during these periods to secure your preferred delivery time.

We take every care to ensure your flowers arrive on time and in perfect condition. If your order is delayed or there is an issue due to our error, please contact us immediately on +971 50 586 1001 and we will prioritise resolving your situation.

- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, especially for perishable items
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout
- Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses
