Whether your flowers arrive today or tomorrow depends on two simple things: which emirate they're going to, and what time you place the order. Here's exactly how the rule works.

  • Same-day deliveryDubai, Sharjah & Ajman — order before 10PM (Dubai time)
  • Same-day deliveryAbu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah & Umm Al Quwain — order before 6PM (Dubai time)

The Rule, Emirate by Emirate

AjmanSame Day10PM
Ras Al KhaimahSame Day6PM
Abu DhabiSame Day6PM
FujairahSame Day6PM
Umm Al QuwainSame Day6PM

All 7 emirates get same-day delivery. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman are close to our Deira facility, so we accept same-day orders for them until 10PM. Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain are further out, so their same-day cutoff is earlier, at 6PM.

Order before 10PM UAE time for same-day delivery to Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman, or before 6PM UAE time for Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah or Umm Al Quwain. Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered the next day.

What "Same-Day" Actually Means

Same-day delivery means the bouquet is arranged and delivered within the hours remaining in that day, not within a fixed number of hours from your order. Place the order at 9AM and it can go out any time that day; place it at 9:45PM for Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman and it still qualifies, but the window to deliver it is much tighter. If timing matters — a lunch surprise, an evening event — order earlier in the day rather than right up against the cutoff.

What Happens If You Order After the Cutoff

Nothing goes wrong — the order simply moves to next-day delivery instead of same-day, whichever emirate it's going to. You'll still get an order confirmation right away, and you can choose your preferred delivery date at checkout if you'd rather schedule it for a specific day ahead of time, such as a birthday later in the week.

Choosing a Time Slot

For same-day and next-day orders alike, checkout lets you pick a preferred delivery window — one of six slots from 9AM to midnight: 9AM–1PM, 12PM–5PM, 3PM–7PM, 4PM–8PM, 6PM–10PM or 8PM–12AM. We do our best to hit the slot you choose, though exact arrival within that window can vary with traffic and the number of deliveries that day.

Which Should You Choose?

  • Choose same-day when the recipient is in Dubai, Sharjah or Ajman and you're ordering before 10PM, or in Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah or Umm Al Quwain and you're ordering before 6PM — there's no real downside to same-day when it's available.
  • Plan for next-day automatically if you've missed the cutoff — 10PM for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, 6PM for Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — or if you're placing the order late at night.
  • Schedule ahead for known dates like birthdays or anniversaries — picking a future delivery date at checkout removes any risk around cutoffs entirely.

During Peak Occasions

Around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Eid Al Fitr, delivery slots across all emirates fill up faster than usual. The same-day/next-day rule still applies, but to guarantee a specific time on these dates, it's worth placing your order 24–48 hours ahead rather than relying on the same-day cutoff.
