Do you deliver to offices and apartments in Downtown Dubai or DIFC?
Yes — Downtown Dubai towers and DIFC offices are delivered regularly. Include the building name, floor and unit or office number in your delivery notes, and our driver will call ahead before arriving.
What if the recipient isn't home?
Our driver calls or WhatsApps the recipient before arriving. If they're unavailable, we try to leave the flowers with a neighbour, building security or reception — which is why an accurate phone number matters.
Will the recipient know who sent it?
That's your choice. Add your name to the message card, or ask us in the special instructions to keep it a surprise — we'll write the card to match either way.
Can I order a very large arrangement, like 100 or more roses?
Yes. Our largest rose arrangements run to around 200 stems and are same-day eligible across all 7 emirates when ordered before the cutoff (10PM for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, 6PM for the other emirates). These are hand-arranged in our Deira workshop, not assembled by a third party.
